We offer extended stays (beyond the initial 29-consecutive days) in our Studio-Kitchen Units (also known as Aparthotel Units). These are especially useful for healthcare workers (e.g. travel nurses) and other temporary contractors working in the area--provided the guest meets the requirements of a third-party credit- and background-check screening company. Must apply online ahead of time. Please inquire about availability.
Free parking. Some rooms have dedicated carports next to them. Tractor trailer parking on the street only.

Reservations made directly through us may be cancelled up to 24 hours prior from day of reservation at 3:00-pm check-in without penalty. Cancellations less than 24 hours are subjected to one night's rent and will be deducted. Reservations made online through one of the venders are subject to those policies specified online.
By completing the registration card, Registered Guests acknowledge and authorize New Star Motel at the above address to charge the cardholder’s credit card for the duration of the stay (including procedures at check out) for the following: 1.
